Ms. Coon Poem by Alexander Brown

Ms. Coon

A death of a teen who is so innocent with adolescence.
What can be more sorrowful than burying a life left unlived?
No cap no gown, just a small school in a small town.
Her eyes, virgin to the world, her face unseen by the sights.
No kids, no husband, no son, no daughter. So much un-laughed laughter,
so much un-swam water.
No honeymoon, no college, no baby, no party.
Although we are different, sorrow unites us all.
It's strange feeling so saddened by the death of someone,
i never met at all.
