Mosquito
With patience it waits
like a chooper it descends
with vigilance it stings
with bravery it drills
like a terrorist it perpetrates
come dawn come dusk it operates
with an offensive chorus it provokes its target into defensive fellowship
with a proactive clap
the inevitable happens
and it never lives to testify
nor share the message with posterity
