More Than A Diamond Poem by Gerry Legister

More Than A Diamond

Such a rare diamond.
To find in person of this kind
That is genuinely actually
more than a gold mine.

Rare to find a friend.
A diamond in such a time.
Sincerely, positively
One, who remains refine?

Mostly, illusive, or unkind.
Looking out for fame,
Have no time for others.
Only what to can gain.

But in you, I see a change.
Something better than this age.
