When the lights go out
The day comes to an end
We crawl into bed and our bodies connect
At that point everything turns off in my mind
And imagine how awesome it feels to have u next to me
It feels like a warm summer night
Those nights you have no stress or worries
Where you spend the whole time smiling with those you care about
When I look into your eyes I can see the moon and the stars glistening
I can see how remarkable you truly are
It’s something I have never seen before
Your eyes grab a hold of me and tell me something
Tell me how good is to have you next to me
How good it is to be able to tell you goodnight
When the lights go out
The day comes to an end
I look at the moon and the stars
Smile
And try to imagine how life could be any better than this
