Moments Of Loneliness Poem by Stacey Gibbs

There are moments when I feel all alone
but when I’m with you, I don’t feel this way.
When you’re around and in my world
I smile and laugh, actually enjoying the time with you.

Your eyes, such a vibrant, soft, scintillating brown
when I look into them.
I see your heart and soul
and I feel like I’m all that matters to you.

You make me feel complete
and I just melt when I look at your smile.
You’re so full of love and laughter
and that’s what I need!

I know that we should be together
but do you realize that?
I want to be wrapped in your arms
and be able to say that you’re mine.

When you realize that I can be yours
all in a few words, then come to me.
Only then can I be with you
and not feel a moment of loneliness.
