Moments Like These Poem by Quinn Ferry

Moments Like These

Rating: 5.0

Words are often spoken too much.
They're no substitute
For touch.
People use words to fill the space in-between when they can't let silence intervene
or fill a room
comfortably.
Talking is good and fine
But silence is a wine savored
between two that don't need loud words.
At most, a whisper is enough.
Else you won't please the pulse of the heart that knows
there aren't words for moments like these.
