Mistress Of The Sea!
I can hear the sound of the waves
Striking the seashore as to crave.
I can see my shadow in moonlight,
& watch the waves coming & going back.
I can feel the cold breeze, touching me,
Distracting the waves coming to me
I can smell the soft soggy sand,
& follow the footprints till the end
I can wonder there & think so deep,
When the rest of the world go to sleep…
After all i am a mistress of the sea….

I agree with dear tamara and like these lines very much and really wonderfully done.. I can smell the soft soggy sand, & follow the footprints till the end the whole poem is rich one...well written, and rich in idea... hope you never stop writing poetry...as you have much ability to write more and more..10 +++++
