My breath does not come easy today
On the outside there is a smile
On the inside my heart cries for you
On the outside I look fine
On the inside my soul is lost.
But I will find strength from our love
I will close my eyes and see your face
I will be quiet and feel your nearness
I will listen softly and hear your voice.
