Missing You Poem by Christal Carpenter

Missing You

Rating: 2.8

Maybe tomorrow you’ll forget about me
And maybe tomorrow I’ll cry
But just for now I’ll keep hoping
Our love will never die

Sometimes I sit up crying
And wishing that you were here
When I see you again
Please take away my tears

Remembering our first kiss
And how it made me feel
Thinking I must be dreaming
There’s no way this could be real

So when I finally leave here
Please know that this is true
The first thing I’ll say is
“I think I might be in love with you”
