Missing Poem by Roisin McNally

Missing

Your bitter and mean attitude
Your old and crabbit looks
Your thieving jaws of my new shoes
Your sleeping on my history books
Your growls at my affection
Your shivering at the back door
Your fights and quarrels with Hazel
Your peeing on my clean floor
Your hair all over my clothes
Your mental eye rolling at my sight
Your biting of my brothers and mum
Your barking in the middle of the night
Your sleeping on the washing
Your digging up the bog
You were such an irritating pest
But I loved you, you crabbit old dog
