Missing Poem by Nathan Vu4

i miss you but i can`t have you back,
because it is already too late;
wasted all my precious time
screwing around with a fake.

i know i made the wrong decision
that i should have never made from the start,
but my mind was so full of confusion
that i ended up choosing the wrong girl,
who left me for another guy,
leaving my heart torn apart.

with that one false move
it shattered all my dreams
the dreams i`ve had before
of you & i being together forever, as it seemed.

now i will never get to experience the love
that you had for me all along
if only i had another chance
i would try making a difference
& making sure my love for you is strong.

strong enough to keep the both of us together
strong enough to last
strong enough to make sure nothing could break us apart
stronger than the love i`ve given you in the past.

but it is all just make believe
just another fantasy of mine
something that would never come true
for this little fairy tale
i`ve always had in mind.

i`ve missed you so much
ever since the day you broke it with me
but i guess i should just give up already
for it is my faults & mistakes
that has blinded you to be able to see
the real me...
