Mirrors Poem by Cassandra Helen

Mirrors

Rating: 2.7

Embers of voices
Crackling in ears.
Light leaving dreams,
A pile of ash.

Remember?

Language older than happiness
Running
Over rock.
Time like the mountains

Rock
To dust
To rock.

The weight of the way things should be.
