Mirror Poem by Shannon Hart

Mirror

Hello Beautiful.
Do I know you?
I've seen you somewhere before.
You look so familiar to me.
Did we go to school together?
I remember your face.
I remember your voice.
I'm trying to remember where we met.
I haven't placed it just yet.
Oh, now I remember who you used to be!
Without the scars and the bruises,
You used to be me.
