Mikael Poem by Michael B. Ventura

Mikael

Each passing year we watch you grow
Your transition's what makes our day a merry go
And yearly as your age increase in number
We're aware and proud that you've become wiser

In our eyes you will always be a "glow"

Gone were the years when you're still small
Your tiny hand and foot prints are still on our wall
You're giggles while frolicking your toys and teddys
Are days that's love-filled scenes and memories

More years of love and joy, that's our goal

As you mature, we'll aide and guide you well
Our affection for you, webster can never spell
The joy and bliss you bring are inexpressible
Our love for you is infinite and unmeasurable

As your name means, you're our light at the darkest tunnel
