Midnight Misery Poem by Priya Pareek

Midnight Misery

Up till late
Reading my fate
With me was the nymph
Diana and the sylphs.
As I cry, sob and weep
And the pain dark and deep
Takes me back to the past
Expanding it's wings vast!
My eyes that bleed
They know they need
Some comfort and some sleep
The pain melts in them, they weep!
Up till late
Reading my fate
Console me and pity
The night so witty
And the fairies stay awake
This duty they take
Upon themselves to guard
The insomniac little ward!
As the world is asleep
And the one that weeps
Is lonely and alone
Out of pain she cry & moan.
