Oh my dear storyteller
You tell me a story everyday,
for one day you be a listener
Lemme tell you a story today.

I am a b'ful butterfly and you are a bee
In the prisons of love you set me free
you are the most special the closest
Among my admirers you are my dearest
I am the wind, your friend the air
You are a naughty bird with the best flair
I am a dark starless night
You are my angel of light.
I am the night, dark and shy
You are my love my firefly!

You accompany me everyday
lemme accompany you today
Lemme stay awake and peep
Like a baby you rest and sleep
There is a long way to go
Lemme be your all, friend & foe
The sky is wide and high
We can touch the heights together we fly.
I am an old wooden boat
You are the one who helps me float.
I am a dark starless night
You are the angel of light
I am the night, dark & shy
You are my love my firefly.
