Metamorphosis



I am a cocoon waiting to become a beautiful butterfly
I want to show my true colors
I hope to someday be noticed
I feel empty
I cry of loneliness



I think to myself
I need to have faith
I change my negative thoughts
I start to believe in myself
I hear cracking noises
I try to break free
I see a light
I am now a beautiful butterfly
