So often we end up with the wrong person, because we’re so used to overlooking the one person who makes us feel like we’re human. The one person who makes us feel like we’re worth loving, like we don’t need to settle. Cuz whether we realize it or not we subconsciously settle all the time. The truth is that it takes a while to realize who is good for you, who could change your world more than you’d ever know. But fear is an overpowering emotion sure to complicate things. So do me a favor and just kiss me, let me see if this is something worth giving a shot. Do it fast before I over think every scenario, every caring line. The thing is I’m a recipe for disaster on an almost daily basis. But you seem to make me forget. But I don’t know what I want, honestly. I don’t know what emotion I should convey, anticipation, wonder, fear, love? The list could go on and on and literally never end. Only we don’t know who we’re meant to be with for an hour, a day, or even a lifetime, sometimes you just gotta jump in and test the waters. As I fall just promise me you’ll be there in the icy cold baring it with me, maybe then I’ll finally get the message.
