Mesmerized!
A lifetime's chase,
O dream!
Will I ever catch you?
You swift winged creature of light,
Always on the move!
Never within reach,
Never out of sight;
Shifting shape and color,
Taking my breath away.
I chase and chase and chase,
Till I can chase no more.
