How does one express the thing
That passes between two people?
A moment...in which there is nothing needed
To be done
To be said
Just an understanding
That the moment has come and passed
And will never come again

Memories...

A smile in the corner of one's eye
A silent joke between friends
A moment, in which there is nothing needed
To be said

Just an understanding
That the moment is theirs alone
And will never come for anyone else
