'Meet Me At The Fork In The Road' Poem by Linda Winchell

'Meet Me At The Fork In The Road'

Rating: 5.0

Come and meet me at the fork in the road
where we can sit, talk and dine!
Where all the plates and cups are filled
with foods, which all taste devine!

We will sit and chat about, nothingness!
And laugh at silly nothing things!
We will try on each others shoes and clothes
and exchange our, friendship rings!

No need for plates or napkins here
and the forks are here for you!
All I need is you to meet me there
at the fork in the road, where there's dinner for two!
