Bent knees, how we climb up a steep hill,
Bent knees we make amends, ditched by Jill.
Joe when tried this ruse old
Found her still rather cold,
Oh why this remedy
Fetches no fruits ready?
Oft used, defused has gotten the pill.

Perfect description of marital displeasure. Thank you dear poet for your comments.
Perfect description, may be, but as a prescription, as remedy pill it has failed.
