Maths Fear Poem by Daphne Edwin

Maths Fear

numbers, numbers, everywhere
some think of them as a boon,
some work hard to conquer them
others just dont care.

Maths fear they say
And are content, but Hey!
don't they know that it's cowardice,
to be lazy and tell lies?

Nothing is to difficult to conquer,
nothing to wild to tame,
everything needs hardwork
And no one else should be blamed.

So the next time you are haunted,
and by just some numbers taunted,
just shrug and smile,
And reply in a cool style.

I'll never be afraid,
I am here to stay.
To conquer these numbers,
yes, i'll give my best till i am grayed.
I would never give up,
wont ever leave,
Till numbers are conquered and beneath my feet.
