Man Was Made Poem by Odiri Okafor

Man Was Made

Rating: 3.2

History echoes the verity of the story;
The evergreen account of man
Perfected by divine hands
Fashioned out in same portrait

But why the contention?
Who says man evolved?
Who propounded those theories?
Can they stand the taste of time?

Inquire from the ancient man;
The first seed that sprouted
In the garden of Eden
Ask him how he existed!

Inquire from the son of Lamech;
The ark master of yore days
If he ever met Homo erectus
Ask him his visions of the past!

Inquire from the son of Terah;
The great pillar of faith
If he ever imagined Homo habilis
Ask him his visions of the past!

Go suffuse this sacred knowledge
Educate Darwin, the evolutionist
Instruct all nations of this age
About the ever living truth

All must concur with the certitude:
That man never evolved
MAN WAS MADE
