Man’s Works Are Good But Nature’s Best Poem by Dr John Celes

Man’s Works Are Good But Nature’s Best

All man-made things are beautiful;
A lot of talents found within;
Some scientists have been so fruitful;
Oh, what a fabric is muslin!

But nothing beats Mother Nature!
Her lap is full of lovelier things;
Some mundane rife can enrapture;
The forest beasts are more than kings.

Nature is handiwork of God;
Her perfection is so matchless;
Man’s feats compared seem rather odd;
Nature bears things all so faultless;
Yet, man is greatest from ones sod.

Nature is handiwork of God; Her perfection is so matchless; .......Yes, her perfection is matchless. Very nicely envisioned. Excellent phraseology. A beautiful poem I like most. Thanks for sharing.
