Madness Poem by Misty Johnson

Madness

Rating: 5.0

The laughter we shared
The love we once had
has withered away before are eyes
The dreams we talked about
The stories we told
has all turn to nightmares
It's a sight to behold

The distance between us is madness to some
But it's who we are
It's what we've become

Guilt you give me, the pain you inflicted
The wounds you've ripped open
And the scars you've left behide
Will lay on you're conscience for the rest of your life

The sadness, the pain, the feelings I kept hidden away
Will soon be know before I rest in my grave
