Love's 1st Meeting
Tongue tied in a knot
Then untied on the spot
You cause this man's heart to flutter
Then calm it with a single word uttered
Your beauty makes me quiver in fear
And at the same time delights when near
The heart lying beneath your breast
Makes envious all the rest
Overflowing with love to give
Requiring me to forgive
From earth down below to heaven above
There's none other for which to give all my love
