Lovelorn Poem by Sunny Shine

How long does it take,
for a heart to recover
From a doom of fate,
that feels like forever?

Living like a hermit,
underneath the patch of shade
Of pain of every heartbeat,
that slowly goes to fade

Beating in the most painful way,
trying hard to endure
Just to survive each day,
sufferings without cure

Because life being alone,
brings tears in the eye
It's like being in an endless road,
with the uncertainty of getting by 

But when will this end,
when will the angel be born?
The one who'll ease all the burden,
and the plight of being the lovelorn.
