Loveless Suicide Poem by Rebecca Hall

Loveless Suicide

I stop to stare
At the things
People only see
In their imaginations
And their dreams
Their nightmares
They smile their smiles
That would love
To devour my heart and soul
I quickly look
At the ground
Blinking
Hoping they leave
Me alone
They follow me
Like a shadow
Everywhere I go
Licking their lips
Hoping my self-hatred
Would slowly consume
My heart into darkness
Leading to my loveless
Suicide
