two children
walking by
not knowing their fates
not knowing why.
the mystery ahead
the love that would grow
to understand one thing
i loved you long ago.

i listened to the waves
listened to the earth,
seeing you in the sunset
made my place on earth,

the story remained untold
but left to unfold,
stop and listen
it will say
i love you more each day.

the two of us
walking along
the waves clashing together
knowing our love was strong.

From the start i knew
it was ment to be
the word spread around
you were the only one for me.

in other words
the message to you
i did not just love you now
but i loved you long ago too.
