Love Letters From The Heart Poem by Mario William Vitale

Love Letters From The Heart

Rating: 5.0

I treasured a rose that was sent a time ago from a loved one.
There’s something about the color red that can greet you when your feeling bad.
The essence of love can reach the silent heart and blossom buds of kisses.
Love letters are to be treasured because it tells us of how we are feeling about one another.
The rejection of the good can only bring the bad. Love letters from the heart.
Fields of grass can bring a smile to the lonesome child.
Silent days when no one can cope and you have a fight with the soap on the rope.
A tug at the heart can light a spark. The buzzards buzz above your heads to warn your steps.
Give me time to retrace my path of life.
Time to think and not time to fight.
Time to cry one last cry and time to feel the wind pass by.
