Love Is A Bridge Poem by darry ontua

Love Is A Bridge

Youth is searching, children asking,
What’s the meaning for very war that happens
Everything we heard, every place we go,
Everywhere we look, predilection is present all through

Our quest for peace still on the process
We don’t know how to find the answer for
The problem in the present,
But when we glimpse the fast events,
We receive messages that our forefathers sent.

Communication w/ different cultures,
Casteth out discrimination for sure,
Reconciliation should be brought despite of failures
And celebration for peace is at our hands so pure.

“Assalamo Alaikom” each will say, for in the future we
Shall live in joy of Jesus love w/ virgin Mary
And the love we feel from deep within
Will became the for us,
Those chasms of momentary indifference.
