Lost Love Poem by Troy copenace

Lost Love

Rating: 5.0

By day I sleep, at night I weep
For my true love has gone and past,
O doth seasons go by fast,
it grieves my heart for one last kiss I ache
All I see is you in dreams, I awake
knowing you'll never be here
mourning alone, shedding a tear,
The time we spent
was truly a god gift sent,
He has taken you love
I cry, fly away angel
sorrow and pain is my burden,
never forget your sweet breath,
I've grown weak and cold embracing death
waiting to fly together forever with you.
