Lost In My Own World Poem by Edmond Nkoe

Lost In My Own World

We speak as we seek

i am lost in the mist of my own jungle
i scream in silence yet my loud voice couldn't be heard
my knees weaken by the by the road i traveled

i speak in sorrows of my failed life
i saw success as the enemy to my progress
i felt pain in the loudest lough and prettiest smile
i juggled the passion of life yet got lost in lies i've told
i failed again and again

smaller voice in me cried as i saw the dumbest moment arise
pain being embraced like a baby i slept

hoping all this sorrow could be washed away yet i was trapped in in that pain

sweet dreams was just a dream to me....

i am lost in my own world please rescue me.
