Lose Not The Innocence Of Happiness Poem by Dr. Antony Theodore

Lose Not The Innocence Of Happiness

Rating: 5.0

Are you feeling happy?
then, don't speak about it
because you don't have to speak about it.

Why?
Because Happiness is its own.

It does not need words.
It does not even need to
be thought about.

The instant you say
"Iam happy",
the innocence
of happiness is lost.

Do not create a gap
between you and
the genuine feeling.

We must not create gap between we and our genuine feelings. If one say 'I am happy' then the innocence of happiness is lost.. This is a beautiful poem on feeling and happiness. Thanks for sharing.10

And this, Tony, applies I think to the experience of nature as it is, to those brief moments where no thought comes between us and what we observe, for example, the life, the livingness of a tree. -Glen
