Dear Lord please help me come and save me

My ol' lady just told me that she's about to have a baby

But I'm still stuck in this penitentiary

And Lord knows this is not the place for me

But it's all my fault there ain't no one to blame

For all of this heart ache and all of this pain

There's so much rain and thunderstorms outside

Being trapped in a world with nowhere to hide

And there's no reply from my family

I pray to God that they still remember me

I still need constant reminders who's my friend and foe

Cause the truth be told only the Lord knows
