Her ad was short and simple
It read, "looking for a friend"
Someone to share life with
Until life comes to it's end

She posted some pictures
She was in every one
You could tell from her pictures
She loved being in the sun

She wanted someone witty
Someone who didn't smoke
Someone to share a laugh with
When she told a joke

Someone who likes the movies
Someone who likes stage plays
Someone to walk the beach with
To help pass summer days

Someone who would be faithful
Someone who liked to dance
If you have these qualifications
She would be willing to take a chance

She says that she's low maintenance
That she lives a simple life
Hoping once again
To become someone's wife

But most of all she'd like to find
A man with a heart sincere
Someone to be there to hold her
When dark and cloudy days are near
