Look At Me
What do you see
When you look at me?
Is it a quiet girl.
always stuck in a book?
Or the weird girl who never talks?
What do you see
When I pull out a notebook
and begin to write
do you see the poems?
they may not be good
or well worded and deep
but they come from my heart
they're a window to my soul
so look inside
and see what you see
see if they change the way
that you look at me.
