LONGING
Longing......
Longing.......
For the ache to pass,
But alas,
Curse the windows to the soul,
That holds my heart,
Can't let the past go, for
Today's happiness to permeate,
Memories clung to the soul,
Yearn for it to fade,
Help me Oh Lord....
To vanquish this void,
The eternity of darkness,
And in this hell on earth,
I walk alone....alone.....
Unguided...
A loner......
Longing....
For you.
