Longing.
Longing for a boyfriend.
who cares about me,
who I can care about.

Longing for his caring embrace,
to feel warm in his arms and to hold his hand,
to feel safe.

Longing for his personality,
to enjoy his humor,
to laugh.

Longing for him to listen,
to be listened to,
to be acknowledged.

Longing for his presence,
to be accompanied,
to feel important and wanted.

Longing for his existence,
for his warm breath near mine.

Longing,
for him.
