Living In A Van Poem by Eric Cockrell

Living In A Van

living in a van....
father, and children,
mother dead...

jobless, homeless....
bathing in service stations,
trying to keep the kids

in school....
asked the little girl
what she wanted most of all....

'to help underprivileged kids! '
dammit... wake up!
