Hey life! I stand before you
Seek me on my ground reality.
Nothing more you have
can disillusion me.

For, I am Faith
I shall grab what you hold back…
I shall seek my peace;
Your expectations broken away.

I count not the sacrifices I have made
Come face me, and see me kill this myth
that you, could destroy my will
and my desires to be.

I shall uproot, you will see,
death of feelings within me
My soul lives on and will emerge
Defiant and free.
