Like Shattered Glass Poem by Lil Jam Jam

Like shattered glass upon the ground,
You left me broken, not a whimper nor a sound.

Like little rain drops that fall,
I was bleeding from cuts, tears and all.

As easy as crumpling paper in your hand,
You ran away, your not a man.

Come back and face what u have done,
I thought you were the one.

The one to hold me when i was down,
You taught me to smile when all i knew was to frown.

After all this time, i never thought you’d be the one to cut me,
Or get scared and run and flee.

My heart is now cold and empty,
I want no more heartbreak, I’ve had plenty.
