Life’s Mysteries Poem by Taralee Wozneak

Life’s Mysteries

A day in mist
A night in shadow
Brings unto life mystery and wonderment
Questions unanswered
Thoughts of vague
Heart mind and soul colliding
Mysteries unsolved
Some yet unknown
Passing the time of finding
Together as one
Scattered as many
We hold peace in depth
Secrets unravelled
Lost dreams revealed
Treasures of life uncovered

Born unto life is the anatomy of man’s resurrection
Cometh from the giving of life’s beginning
The creation of paths unseen and journeys unfolded
To whence came the notion of profound knowledge
Flowing at time’s pace through the corridor of changing
Expect alterations to be common and normality to be ludicrous
Man carps at his own image as he gazes forth
Wanting to be more than he perceives himself to be
As day becomes night and night transforms into day
We spin and orbit without feeling that we have moved at all
Momentarily we sometimes feel that we are alone
Because everything seems like nothing which is a lot to immerse
Of all the million billions of stars that fill the sky at night
Like a shimmering sparking blanket lain over the endless sky
In actuality they are planet near and far
But unknown is whether they inhabit life
For the anatomy of man is born upon this world
To live, to breathe, to multiply, to endure obstacles of ambiguity
