Life's A Story Poem by Rae Sinclair

Life's A Story

Life’s a mess of sorts,
Like a story waiting to be finished.
When the only time it is,
Would be the end of the story.

The End,
Fin.
Ya know,
Those words.

Each person is their own story,
Each day a new adventure.
Good or bad,
It happens for everyone.

Each year a new chapter,
Every person in your life a character.
The villains, supporting roles,
Sidekicks and main characters.

The only question is,
Do you know your own story?
No one knows the ending,
But they know chapters gone by.

Life's like a story,
Short or long,
You're always gonna be the main character,
In your own.
