Life Of An Emo Poem by Megan VanPool

Life Of An Emo

She sits alone
Hiding far from home
The voices saying
She's a mess
She's feeling so depressed
But she has one friend
Silver eyed
And silver tongued
His only payment
Requires blood
Metal and flesh
Combine
Strengthening their bond
She knew it all along

Running down the skin
Pleasure from within
pulse racing
She never dries her eyes
The animal inside
Is satisfied.
