Life Is Short Poem by Conley Murray

Regardless of what some people may try to say,
our life on this earth is getting shorter every second of the day.

You may live to be old in age,
but you most likely could write it all on less than one page.

The old devil don't want you to think that the end of your life
is drawing near,
so he can tempt you to go his evil way all during the year.

If you have repented of your sin,
then the old devil can not enter in.

If you have repented of your sin,
and your life on earth comes to an end, you have nothing to fear,
YOU WILL BE WITH CHRIST WHO LOVES YOU SO DEAR.
