Life Is All Around Us
I walked along the woodland path,
Through nature's lovely touch,
It's picture blessed my heart and soul,
It gave to me so much,
It made me stop and think awhile,
This is what life's about,
For everything's a living thing,
True without a doubt,
The morning dew upon the grass,
That glistened in the light,
The birds up in the treetops,
Wild flowers, colours bright,
Surrounded by its loveliness,
It's wonder made me smile,
For life is all around us,
It makes it all worthwhile.
