Life And Death Poem by Dallben Taylor

Life And Death

Rating: 5.0

Any life is worth living
every death is worth dying
every chance you get is a
chance worth trying

live life to it fullest
live the life that was
so willingly chosen
and respect the life so
willingly taken

To give one life,
is sorely mistaken
it isn't given,
Its taken

by the one we love
or no one at all
the high we go,
the harder we fall

the better we do,
the more that is lost
but to lose nothing,
there is quite the cost

One would give everything given
another would take everything taken
to keep a past, a present and a future,
all one has to give is
Themself.

As like as birth is worthy as like as death is also worthy. Both birth and death are real truth that we pass through. Living life with full of love for God is wise. Our existence in past, present and future initiates life' status. An interesting sharing is done. Welcome to PoemHunter....10
