Life And Death
I have lived and I have died
A thousand maybe more times
Every life that I have lived
I have been inspired to write
Of love, loss, hope and gain
Of hate, joy, sorrow and pain
Of my thoughts sane
And the very insane
Inspiration, God shows
Like a beacon in the dark, it glows
The story of my life and death
I call poetry
Every great poem I have read
Has sent me to heaven, quite dead
And every time that I have died
Has been worth it

Life is a long tale of hope, despair, joy, sorrow, doubt, hope and similar antagonistic emotions! When we are met with obstacles on our way, we get inspiration from some source, may be from God above, or a guide or the inspirational writes and they help us scale over the hurdles of life. The umpteen experiences of life motivate you into writing poems and they give you delight! Through poems, you live and die many times! A great write on the effect of poems!

From the first line this poem is very philosophical as I have lived and I have died. Having inspiration to write in every life I have lived is nice with my values as they come as an art within. God shows me path in life while I surrender on him. Yes, every death is worthy while we closely observe this. Very fantastic and interesting poem shared here. Nicely expressed....10
